Ashika has been part of the ASCENT team since its inception in August 2012. She has worked in the capacity of a Trainer, Coach and Facilitator for several of our peer entrepreneur groups. <br>

Her design structure for growth stage entrepreneurs have helped them effectively learn from each others experiences. The growth mindset tools she uses for the meetings, have helped enhance trust and openness among the members. <br>

Her style of speaking, her ability to understand the needs of diverse members, and her ability to draw on relevant examples from her experience makes her an effective speaker.

Our interactions with Ashika have really proved to be very valuable. We, as an institution, have always believed that mental wellness in the workplace is a right of every professional. The two corporate training programs conducted by Ashika in the recent past led to a lot more acceptance of this phenomena, and professionals really value the learnings from her webinars.

Ashika did a program for YPO Gold Mumbai on sex trafficking which she curated and moderated. Though the content was emotionally difficult (as can be imagined), it was very well received.
