These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mind Realigned website,platform, courses, applications, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the “Platform” and “Services”). By accessing, browsing, registering on, purchasing from, or using the Platform, or by clicking “I Agree” or a similar button, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Pricing Policy, and any other policies made available on the Platform. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or Services. This Platform (as defined below) is owned and operated by Mind Realigned. These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your (i) use of the Platform and (ii) access to the Services (as defined below). By ticking the check-box, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and provided your Consent (as defined below) to these Terms.

These Terms are not intended to alter in any way or limit the terms or conditions of any other policy or terms and conditions that you may have with Mind Realigned, including, without limitation, the privacy policy.

For these Terms, wherever the context requires, the term “you”, “your” or “User(s)” shall mean any natural person who uses the Platform for availing the Services. The term “we”, “us”, “our” shall mean Mind Realigned, its employees, and authorised agents that perform any services on Mind Realigned’s behalf.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Any such modifications will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform, and/or the Services constitutes your agreement to such modifications. You agree to periodically review the current version of these Terms as posted on the Platform.

The Platform facilitates Users to learn via online courses.

1. Definitions

“Client” means any company, school, university, institution, employer, or other organisation that engages Mind Realigned to provide Services to its employees, students, members, or other authorised users.

“Content” means any text, audio, video, graphics, images, materials, course content, downloads, comments, messages, or other material made available on or through the Platform by Mind Realigned, Users, or third parties.

“Linked Sites” means third-party websites, applications, resources, tools, or services linked to or integrated with the Platform.

“Mind Realigned Content” means all content owned by or licensed to Mind Realigned, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, designs, downloads, software, and related intellectual property.

“Platform” means the Mind Realigned digital ecosystem, including the website, mobile interfaces, course portals, communication channels, software tools, AI-assisted features, and related technology used to provide the Services.

“Privacy Policy” means the privacy policy published by Mind Realigned on the Platform, as updated from time to time.

“Services” means the educational, self-help, psychoeducational, wellness, and related digital services, tools, content, and programs made available by Mind Realigned through the Platform.

“User”, “you”, or “your” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform or Services.

“We”, “us”, or “our” means Mind Realigned.

2. Applicability

This agreement applies to all Users, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of any content. By availing any of our Services, the Users irrevocably accept all the obligations stipulated in the Terms, Privacy Policy, other policies referenced herein, and agree to abide by them.

3. Services

3.1 Scope
(a) Agreement for B2B Services
If you are a Client seeking to avail Services for your employees, members, students, or other registered individuals, you must enter into a separate agreement or memorandum of understanding with Mind Realigned before accessing the Services. Each such User using the Services under such an agreement will be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If an employee, member, student, or any other registered individual affiliated with the Client is no longer associated with it, or if the Client elects to revoke their access, the Client must provide written notice to
Mind Realigned.
Upon receipt of such notification, such individual’s access to the Platform will be revoked, and their account will be permanently deactivated.

(b) Scope of Services
Mind Realigned provides digital educational and psychoeducational services, including self-paced courses, guided exercises, downloadable resources, self-help tools, wellness content, email communications, community or feedback features, and other learning experiences made available on the Platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, the Services are informational and educational in nature and are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or emergency services.

3.2 Modifications

Mind Realigned reserves the right to:
add, modify or remove products and Services from its offerings without prior notice;
make updates or changes to these Terms at any time;
suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform or Services or any specific feature at any time without prior notice;
restrict certain Users from availing the Services or impose usage limits on them, at our sole discretion; and
remove Content or terminate User access if they violate the Terms or for any other reason at Mind Realigned’s sole discretion.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources (“Linked Sites”). These Linked Sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
The inclusion of any Linked Site does not imply our endorsement, \ recommendation or affiliation with its operators, owners or content providers.
We do not assume responsibility for any form of transmission, data or content you may receive from Linked Sites.
You acknowledge that upon accessing Linked Sites, you will be governed by their respective terms of use and privacy policies. Any interaction, transaction or engagement with third-party websites, products, or services is solely at your own risk, and Mind Realigned will not be liable for any damage, loss or claims arising from such interactions.
Mind Realigned may also incorporate third-party products, tools or services on the Platform. By using such services, you acknowledge and agree to the respective third-party provider’s terms and conditions. We do not warrant or guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality or availability of third-party content, services
or products made accessible through our Platform. Any issues, concerns or disputes regarding third-party services should be directed to the respective third-party provider.
Mind Realigned does not assume liability for any third-party services, links (including Linked Sites) or content accessed through the Platform. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, misleading content or damages resulting from third-party platforms. Any reliance on third-party services is at your
own risk,k and Mind Realigned shall not be held liable for any associated damages or losses

4. Terms of Usage

4.1 Access to Platform

Account Registration & Personal Information:To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information such as your name, email address, phone number, age or date of birth, billing details, and any other information reasonably required for the relevant Service.
We will collect only such personal data as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our
Privacy Policy and for providing the Services requested by you.
You agree that all information provided by you will be accurate, correct and updated as necessary. You must not impersonate another person or provide false details, including using an email address or personal information that does not belong to you.
(c) Your user account shall be used only by you and shall not be shared with any other person. Any breach of this section would be considered a serious breach of the Terms and may lead to immediate termination of your account.
We will send you information relating to your account (e.g., changes in password, confirmation messages, notifications) in electronic form only, for example, via emails to your email address registered with us.
The collection and use of your personal information will be in accordance with Mind Realigned’s Privacy Policy.

4.2 Age restriction
● By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and verifiable consent of your parent or lawful guardian, or through an authorised school or institution acting under a separate written agreement with Mind Realigned, where legally permissible.

●The parent, guardian, or authorised institution shall be responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the Platform and for acceptance of these Terms on the minor’s behalf to the extent permitted by law. Mind Realigned reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, parental/guardian authorisation, or institutional authorisation, and to suspend or terminate access if satisfactory proof is not provided.

● Where the Client is an educational institution partnering with Mind Realigned to deliver the Services to its students, who are minors, the Consent shall be obtained from the institution/Client under the agreement or memorandum of understanding entered into between the Client and Mind Realigned in accordance.

● The parent, guardian or institution (as applicable) hereby acknowledges and agrees to these Terms, along with any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or accessible via hyperlinks. It is advised that all such Terms, conditions, and policies be read carefully. These Terms (including all referenced additional terms, conditions, and policies) shall become effective upon the User accessing the Platform and/or using or availing of any Services, resources, or
products provided through the Platform.

● Accessing the Service/Platform on any medium, including but not limited to mobile phones, smartphones and tablets, is also subject to the provisions of the Terms. Continuing to use the Platform, the purchase of any Services, resource, or product forms an obligatory legal agreement between the User and Mind Realigned.

● Mind Realigned is not liable for any harm, damage or consequences resulting from unauthorised usage of the Platform by minors without the required parental, guardian or institutional Consent (as applicable). The responsibility lies with the parent, guardian or institution to monitor and supervise a minor’s use of the Platform.

● Mind Realigned reserves the right to update, modify, or remove sections related to minor access under these Terms at any time. It is the responsibility of Users and parents, guardians or institutions (as applicable) to periodically review the latest version of these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after modifications will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

4.3 Security & confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, and account details. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach, you must immediately notify Mind Realigned at [email protected].

4.4 Acceptable Use of the Platform
(a) You may use the Mind Realigned Platform solely for lawful purposes. The Platform and/or Services
shall not be used for any illegal, unauthorised purposes or for any other purpose which is against good
morals.

(b) By accessing or using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

copying, distributing or disclosing any part of the Platform or Services or Mind Realigned Content
in any medium without prior authorisation;

uploading invalid data, viruses, worms or other software agents through the Platform;

using the Platform for any commercial purposes without obtaining the necessary consent from Mind Realigned;
impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity; interfering with the proper working of the Platform;
attempting to bypass security measures used to prevent or restrict access to the Platform;
using data mining, web crawlers, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools in relation to the Platform;
making any backup or archival copies of the Platform or any portion of it without authorisation;
‘mirroring’, ‘framing’, or using other methods to incorporate any portion of our Platform or its features into any other website/application without prior written authorisation;
deep-linking to any portion of the Platform for any purpose without express written permission;
hindering others’ usage of the Platform or interfering with its functioning, including infringing on the intellectual property rights of another party; or
selling the Services to a third party without our explicit consent.
You shall not share your login credentials with any third party. Mind Realigned reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this clause.

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Proprietary Rights

(a) The Platform contains content that is either owned by or licensed to Mind Realigned which includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, software, source code and any other materials (“Mind Realigned Content”). Mind Realigned retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Mind Realigned Content, including all associated intellectual property rights.

(b) You are prohibited from removing, altering or concealing any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Mind Realigned Content. Additionally, you agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate and create derivative works based
on Mind Realigned Content or publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell or license any Mind Realigned Content without prior written consent from Mind Realigned.

(c) The name ‘Mind Realigned’ and the Mind Realigned logo are trademarks of Mind Realigned. These trademarks, along with all custom graphics, button icons, and scripts, represent the service marks, trademarks, and trade dress of Mind Realigned. They may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Mind Realigned.

(d) We grant you a limited right to access and use the Platform, Services and Mind Realigned Content solely in connection with the Services and in accordance with these Terms. Such access and usage shall not grant you any ownership right or license to the Platform, Services and/or Mind Realigned Content.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service availability and risks
You acknowledge that:

(a) The Platform may experience occasional interruptions due to maintenance, security updates or factors beyond our control, including network or equipment failures. While we strive to restore the Services promptly, Mind Realigned is not liable for any losses, damages or inconveniences caused by Service
downtimes or disruptions;
(b) We do not guarantee that access to the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
(c) We are not responsible for any damage to your device or data loss resulting from the use of the Platform;
(d) You are solely responsible for any actions, liabilities, consequences, decisions or behaviours in connection with your use of the Platform and/or Services;

6.2 Informational Purposes Only
(a) Use of the Services is not intended for emergencies. If you believe you have a medical or mental health emergency, or if at any time you are concerned about your care or treatment, please go to the nearest hospital or healthcare provider.
(b) The Platform is not a suicide helpline. If you feel that you are a danger to yourself or others, or you are contemplating or considering committing suicide, you should immediately seek examination by a doctor or other licensed mental health or medical professional and notify the appropriate authority or emergency medical personnel. If you are thinking about suicide, immediately call a suicide prevention helpline such

(5 AM to 12 AM)/7 days a week.
(c) Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counsellor-client, or any other
professional relationship between you and Mind Realigned. The Services are educational and self-developmental in nature only. 6.3 In all cases, Mind Realigned’s total liability for any claims, damages or losses shall not exceed the
amount paid by you (if any) for the specific service in dispute.

7. Warranty

7.1 Mind Realigned makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of its Platform or the information, content, materials, programs, Services or products included on the Platform.

8. Termination

(a)Mind Realigned may terminate these Terms at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. In accordance with the provisions of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User’s access to the Platform and/or Services, with or without prior notice.

(b) We reserve the right to discontinue or suspend the Platform and/or Services if required by applicable
law, by any law enforcement or regulatory authority or in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution clause below, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services.

10. Payments, Refunds, and Access

All fees, pricing, payment terms, refund terms, and course access periods shall be as stated on the Platform or in the applicable Pricing Policy and Refund Policy at the time of purchase.

Access to courses is granted as a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only and does not constitute ownership of the content.Mind Realigned reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to any part of the Platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

11. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Taxes, if applicable, shall be charged as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.

12. Refund Policy

All purchases made on Mind Realigned are final. Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once access to the course has been granted.

Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate transactions or verified technical issues that prevent access to the course, subject to review and approval by Mind Realigned.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mind Realigned, its employees, affiliates, and agents from and
against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to:
(i) your use or misuse of the Platform or Services;
(ii) your violation of these Terms; or
(iii) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
