2.2 If the User is a minor, access to and use of the Platform and Services shall be permitted only upon receipt of verifiable parental or guardian consent in accordance with applicable law
2.3 Where the Client is an educational institution partnering with Mind Realigned to deliver the Services to its students, who are minors, the Consent shall be obtained from the institution/Client under the agreement or memorandum of understanding entered into between the Client and Mind Realigned.
2.4 The parent, guardian, or institution (as applicable) hereby acknowledges and agrees to this Privacy Policy along with any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or accessible via hyperlinks. It is advised that all such terms, conditions, and policies be read carefully. This Privacy Policy (including all referenced additional terms, conditions, and policies) shall become effective upon the use or availing of any Services, resources, or products provided through the Platform.

3.7 Implied Consent for Privacy Policy Updates:

content accessed through the Platform. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, misleading

own risk, and Mind Realigned shall not be held liable for any associated damages or losses.

10.3 No Therapist–Client Relationship
Use of the Platform, including participation in courses, assessments, or AI-driven tools, does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or fiduciary relationship between the User and Mind Realigned or any of its representatives.
10.4 Crisis and Emergency Situations
Mind Realigned does not provide emergency or crisis intervention services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, including thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, you are strongly encouraged to seek immediate help from local emergency services, a licensed professional, or a crisis helpline.
10.5 Individual Responsibility
Users acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in the Services and are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from the use of the Platform.
